Please select a date and a time through the form below. Appointments are 90 minutes in length but can be arranged for longer if necessary.

Please note: You will be prompted to enter a credit card to schedule appointments, your card will be charged $50 if you miss your appointment without calling to let us know at least two hours in advance. Thank you for understanding!
